Thank you for your email.  I'm truly pleased with my car so far.  I previously owned a 2008 328xi that I missed from the 1st day I no longer had it.  That being said, I can't wait to get nice weather to truly enjoy my new car to the fullest.

I would like to comment on your team so far.  Larry was the person I dealt with the first time and I was really pleased with him and his service so it was natural for me to want to do business with him again for this purchase.  When I walked into the dealership after not being there for over 2 years, Larry remembered my name.  How amazing is that?  I knew I was dealing with a great person once again. 

My transaction this time was just as great as last time but maybe even a little bit better. As I was going through this purchase by myself, Larry made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my numerous questions!  He really is an amazing man and you're lucky to have him on your team!  I'm sure to refer anybody looking for a BMW to him as I know they will all receive the same amazing service. 

Crystal Green is also a very kind person.  She's funny and made me feel at home and very comfortable.  She's good at what she does and quick too which is great when you're the one waiting for an answer. 

With all of that said, my experience so far is great and I'm hoping it will continue! Thanks to all of your staff for being such a great team.  It really does make a difference and it is appreciated!
