The 2027 BMW iX3 50 xDrive launches the Neue Klasse era with dual-motor all-wheel drive, 463 hp, 476 lb-ft of torque and a 0--100 km/h sprint in 4.9 seconds. Its 112.2 kWh net high-voltage battery delivers an NRCan-certified range of up to 698 km when equipped with 20-inch wheels and performance/summer tires.

Inside the BMW iX3, BMW Panoramic iDrive introduces a new display and operating concept powered by BMW Operating System X. Lithium-ion cylindrical cells are integrated directly into the high-voltage battery pack, supporting long-distance range and efficient packaging.
Dual electric motors
A redesigned electrically excited synchronous motor at the rear axle works with an asynchronous motor at the front axle to deliver BMW xDrive performance.
Software-defined vehicle
The new electronics architecture supports enhanced cyber security, over-the-air updates and advanced control of core vehicle systems.
Charging designed around real life.
The BMW iX3 is engineered for fast, intelligent charging. Its 800V architecture supports DC fast charging up to 400 kW, with BMW AG estimating 10 to 80 percent charging in as little as 21 minutes at a compatible high-powered charging station. The iX3 also features a NACS charging port and includes a CCS to NACS Level 3 adapter.
AC and DC charging
AC charging supports up to 15.4 kW, with the included Multifunction Charger providing up to 9.6 kW when connected to a 240V outlet. Compatible home charging stations can support up to 11.5 kW, while an optional BMW Wallbox Professional can support higher home charging capability.
Bidirectional charging
Standard bidirectional charging supports vehicle-to-load functionality with optional adapters and equipment. Vehicle-to-home backup power capability is also supported with compatible BMW equipment.
A new BMW design language.
The BMW iX3 introduces a modern interpretation of classic BMW design cues, including a vertically arranged kidney grille inspired by historic Neue Klasse models, a new four-eyed front light signature, a redesigned BMW roundel, powerful proportions and a new rear light signature with the familiar BMW "L" shape.
Exterior illumination
Available BMW Iconic Exterior Illumination includes an illuminated kidney grille, horizontal bridge lighting, unique taillight elements and three selectable welcome sequences.
M Sport and M Sport Pro
Available M Sport and M Sport Pro packages add distinctive exterior, wheel, braking and interior details, including M-specific visual content in the BMW Panoramic Vision and central display.

The BMW iX3 offers a broad selection of paint finishes, including new colours such as Ocean Wave Blue Metallic, Eucalyptus Green Metallic and Polarized Grey Metallic, plus standard perforated Veganza and available Merino leather.
